On December 25th. 2011, I realized that I was overweight! Not good. I enjoyed all the festive food, actually ate too much as I planned it to be my last meal before starting a diet Dec. 27th. (I will not say which, but the Fad diet I tried was a BIG fail!) Year 2012 rolled in and not much had changed. Still overweight! I am a full time working, Mom & Wife, so my excuse was that I have No time to workout or do any weight programs/ meetings. I now make time for ME, and that includes writing this blog I started in April it helps me stay on track. Something had to give, so I finally enrolled the help of a Nutritionist in Feb. 2012 to guide and help me get down to a healthy weight as per my BMI requirements. I’m happy to say that I’m getting there! Follow me on my journey, as I compare various diets, point out articles and videos that have helped me, and all the advice I’ve received. I’ll provide fitness & weight loss tips and review various diets.
